Accepted Students Day

As some may know, we're approaching our first Accepted Students Day of the year, for the class of 2019! Accepted Students Day is on Saturday, March 28th, and we also have another one on Saturday, April 19th. If you haven't signed up for one of these days and are available to come, I definitely suggest registering for one, whether you've visited the campus already or not. Accepted Students Day is a wonderful opportunity to see the campus through your new eyes as an accepted student.

When I was a prospective student, Accepted Students Day is what finalized my decision to attend Adelphi. There is a certain feeling you get when you step onto a college campus and you feel as if that's where you'll belong for the next four years (I tried to make that sound a little less cliche and cheesy, but it didn't really work out). At this event I learned about the campus, academics for my major, and I got to meet some really nice people who were also accepted. Since all the students who attend this day are accepted, it's a great way to meet new friends and help each other through the process of choosing a school.

Not only will you be able to go out on a tour with an admissions ambassador here at Adelphi, but you'll also get the chance to walk around the club fair, meet with different departments, and even talk with a financial aid representative (cause who doesn't love financial aid!). The club fair is a great opportunity to find people who are interested in similar things as you are, and even express interest in these clubs to current members who are at the booth. Because believe me, if you decide to attend Adelphi in the fall, the club members will be ecstatic to see you again!

Since these events are held in the spring, you'll be able to see our picturesque campus with all the beauty it holds. The flowers are blooming and the sun is shining, so head over here to Adelphi and embrace your acceptance to the University!
